Back down in Tunica, Alabama is playing at the Grand Casino. And back here at home, yes, Elton John & Billy Joel are playing at The Pyramid. If you missed The Stumblers (lots of veteran Memphis musicians) at last weekend s Rites of Spring at Rhodes, or if you did catch them and want to hear them again, they are at the Hi-Tone tonight. Mad Diesel, 7 Bit, HKHQ, Second Mile, and 7$Sox are at the Map Room (I ve never heard of any of those bands, but there s bound to be something good with that many playing). And back at Young Avenue Deli, it s live music by Lucero.
