Let’s hear it for a couple of our local kiss-stealin’, wheelin’, dealin’, truck-drivin’ sons of a gun. Jim Woodson, a “Twins” grand champion, and Walter Tate, a three-axle champion, have been invited to compete in the 65th National Truck Driving Championships held August 13th through the 17th in Milwaukee. Events include swinging way left in order to turn right and intimidating VW Beetles just for the fun of it.
