Steven Moffett threw for 319 yards and two touchdowns, as the UCF Golden Knights defeated the Memphis Tigers 26-24 in a Conference USA matchup at the Liberty Bowl.
The Tigers fell to a depressing 1-9 in what was probably their best chance to earn their first win over a Division I school.
