If youre heading south next month to Memphis’ nearby gambling mecca, you might want to check out the revamped Tunica Queen.
This 19th-century-style riverboat has undergone a major transformation, says one if its owners, Lynn Barton. From the carpet to the walls, its going to have a totally different look, she says.
Docked at Tunica RiverPark (which was named Mississippis Travel Attraction of the Year in 2005), the 400-seat vessel will set sail on sightseeing cruises March 12th. Dinner cruises, serving prime rib, shrimp creole, and roasted turkey, as well as wine and premium liquors, are scheduled too. For more information check out their website.
