Memphis’ Sekisui restaurant is looking for a few good rolls.
Sekisui is holding a contest for sushi-lovers to submit their own sushi roll. All you have to do is invent a roll, give it a name, and then submit it to their website.
The winner will be selected August 1st and receives a $50 gift certificate to their favorite Sekisui restaurant.
We’re hoping someone will make a Flyer roll, maybe something with fresh baloney and a hearty helping of sass.
