Six days after Friday’s destructive storm, Memphis Light Gas & Water spokesperson Chris Stanley says there are still 11,000 MLGW customers without power. Stanley says those without power will need to re-report their outage by calling 544-6500.
To report an outage, customers should have their account numbers ready. The utility is also providing updates and live interaction with an MLGW representative on the company’s Twitter site.
