Moss Workshop: Time To Submit

For talented fiction writers in the area with no connection to the University of Memphis, you’ve got until July 20th. That’s the deadline to apply for this fall’s Moss Workshop in Fiction at the U of M. Your workshop leader: award-winning novelist, short-story writer, poet, and essayist Richard Bausch, who holds the university’s Lillian and Morrie A. Moss Chair of Excellence in English.

To apply:

Submitted manuscripts should not run more than 20 pages. Include your name, phone number, and e-mail address.

Mail your manuscript and information to:

Richard Bausch, Moss Workshop, Department of English, 429 Patterson Hall, The University of Memphis, Memphis TN 38152.

The workshop, limited to 12 students and beginning the last week of August, will meet at night throughout the fall inside the U of M’s Patterson Hall.
