The rate of positive coronavirus cases continued a gradual slide in Shelby County from Tuesday to Wednesday.
New numbers from the Shelby County Health Department showed only 41 new cases of the virus from 1,212 tests given yesterday. That puts the county’s positivity rating at around 3.4 percent.
Four new deaths were recorded Tuesday. So far, 76 have died here from the virus.
