Masterpiece on a Bun

Yesterday, I went to lunch with Pam Denney at the Presentation Room, the student-run restaurant at L’Ecole Culinaire.

Pam’s working on a review for the November issue of Memphis magazine, so I won’t spoil it by going into too many details except to sing the praises of this glorious veggie burger.
