COVID-19 Daily Dashboard: Positive Rate Jumps to 8 Percent
Shelby County’s positive rate for COVID-19 rose Wednesday to 8 percent over the 6.6 percent reported Tuesday.
The Shelby County Health Department reported 1,258 tests were given Wednesday. Of those, 101 were positive. The total number of COVID-19 cases here stands at 6,220.
The department also reported three deaths Wednesday. The death toll is now 136 in Shelby County.
