Generally, I lean toward the vanilla-ice-cream approach. When you’ve got the solid basics — like a good vanilla ice cream — why mess it up with unnecessary add-ins?
But the black bean wrap ($8.95) at Cafe Eclectic blows my theory to smithereens. There’s a lot going on inside this one simply named wrap.
