Loeb Properties would like to invite you to a public meeting we’re hosting on Tuesday, March 1st at 5:30 p.m. at Memphis Heritage (2282 Madison Ave).
This is an exciting time for Overton Square, the iconic and nostalgically remembered retail district that we hope is on the brink of rebirth and renewal. At the meeting, we will share some current renderings and site plans and seek your feedback.

The Flyer will be following up on this, but it sounds like there’s a new plan in the works for Overton Square. And since the meeting is being held at Memphis Heritage, one would suspect the group isn’t opposed on the front end. Nice logo, too.
