We spotted Jess last week— looking fabulous in oversized shades, awesome vintage lace shorts, and a swingy black cotton top — picking up some rice at the Union Kroger.
Jess said the rice was for the gumbo she was making on her last night in Memphis. She was leaving to work at a lodge in Wyoming.
