We here at Fly on the Wall are all about helping people get smarterer. Still, we never cease to marvel at some of the courses offered by the U of M’s continuing education program. Their most recent catalog offers a $29, 5-session course titled, “The Rhythm of Life.” According to the course description, “flow is accepting the unexpected currents of life… its ups and downs, its challenges, its joys and its pain….” Gain a clearer sense of self-awareness and disclosure as you learn to stay “awake” and “experience.” Or for a mere $16.99 you might choose to buy the Wacky Voice Wake-up Alarm Clock which threatens you with grievous bodily harm (we believe “can of whoopass” is the actual phrase) if you don’t get out of bed and “experience.” Remember, it’s your money, spend it wisely.
