I have a coworker who has issues with country fried steak.
This is interesting to me because I’ve seen this person indulge in a hamburger steak now and then, and I consider that dish to be in the same family.
But I think in this person’s case, it has to do with the battering and frying involved in country fried steak. It’s excessive.
In any case, a recent lunch at the Arcade would have sent him over the edge.
