Here’s what the young folks were rocking at the Germantown Festival this year – plaid, plaid and more plaid, plus some great accessories, picture-perfect dog included. Honestly, I didn’t set out to find only the young folks nor outfits with plaid, but it did seem to prove that plaid was indeed “making a comeback,” though I find it’s always in style for fall.
