Former Grizzlies announcer Rick Trotter was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and to register as a non-violent sex offender after he pled guilty Friday to taking up-skirt photos of women at his church.

In 2016, Trotter was working at The Downtown Church as a worship leader. In May of that year, he was charged for using his church-issued cell phone to take videos under a woman’s skirt as he kneeled behind her.

An investigation found more up-skirt videos he had taken of other female church members and uploaded to his church-issued laptop.

The victims, whose ages ranged from 29 to 63, identified themselves on the videos by clothing, voice, and surroundings. Trotter gave church officials and police a statement of admission.

On Friday, he pled to four misdemeanor counts of unlawfully photographing women in violation of privacy.

Trotter’s jail time will be followed by four years of probation.
