Tonight s art openings are at DCI Gallery for works by Jeannine Paul, All Aldinger, and Jennifer White; Hollis Arts Studio-Gallery for works by 21 Artist Link members; D Edge Art & Unique Treasures for music-themed paintings by George Hunt with live music by Reba Russell, Wayne Russell, and Robert Nighthawk; Rhodes College s Clough-Hanson Gallery for work by Roe Ethridge; and at David Mah Studio for work by Tim Andrews, Joel Hilgenberg, and Val Russell. Lend Me a Tenor, a comedy about the world of opera, opens tonight at Theatre Memphis. Tonight s Movie Under the Stars at AutoZone Park is an American Cancer Society fund-raiser and includes a showing of A Field of Dreams, games on the Boardwalk, and live music. Widespread Panic with the Kenny Brown Band is at the Mid-South Coliseum tonight. And there are several WP after parties, including: The New Daisy with The Derek Trucks Band, Tishamingo, and Richard Johnston; the Hi-Tone with The Disco Biscuits; the Full Moon Club with Mountains of Venus; and Newby s with The Kudzu Kings and Stout.
