For those of us who can’t pronounce the words vignoble and coulure or understand what they actually mean, navigating through the many varieties of wine can be mysterious and overwhelming.
Gary Burhop, owner of Great Wines, hopes to help alleviate that vino-induced anxiety by offering weekly wine tastings at Salsa Restaurant on Saturdays from 1-3 p.m. through September 12th. Each week features a specific varietal of wine (Merlot, Riesling, etc.) and gives novices and experts the opportunity to experience the wide range of wines available.
