On Tuesday morning, Soul Classics Hot 103.5 provided listeners with a
stimulating debate over whether or not gay people should be allowed to show
affection in public. Of course, gay people are “allowed” to show affection in
public, as anyone who has ever visited San Francisco (or J. Wag’s, for that
matter) well knows, but given that the world is peopled by potentially harmful
Baptists, they often choose not to do so. The more important question is:
Should drive-time deejays be allowed to talk?
