The Midtown Artists Market, which featured a funky array of locally produced arts and crafts, has closed after its air conditioning unit was stolen for the second time this summer. Although MAM is closing up shop on Madison near Overton Square, it’s not going away for good. MAM artists will be represented at the Cooper Young Festival in September, and there are plans to produce cooperative home shows throughout the fall and winter months.
