Memphis singer, songwriter, and producer Joel Gilliam’s alt-rock project Twelve Spies (as previously seen on Music Video Monday) have released their debut album The Outset. With bassist David Jacobs and drummer James Wright, the band creates a sound one fan described as “heavy rock with soft vocals.”
Their new music video for album opener “Crown of Thorns” sees the band performing live in the studio, where they deliver a much-needed Monday morning wake up call. Check out the video to get that blood pumping!
