Just got back from the International Goat Days Festival in Millington.

Bobby Archer Sr. (left) of Smokin’ Goat Cookers put the goat on his massive, custom-designed grill at 3:30 a.m. this morning. He and teammate Frank Turner (right) have been cooking together for more than 20 years.
I asked him what goat tastes like. “It’s hard to explain,” he said. “It’s pretty good eatin’.”
