Opening Date Set for Chipotle

For those of you who’ve been wondering … the opening date for Memphis’ first Chipotle, at Ridgeway Trace, is Tuesday, April 5th.

… And that’s all I know. I’ve never been to a Chipotle, so I’m curious to see what the fuss is about.
