The Soulsville Foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year takes place this Friday (January 29th) at the Stax Museum of American Soul Music. Memphis Grizzlies forward Vince Carter will help host this year’s party, and the evening will feature music by Marcella & Her Lovers, The Garry Goin Band, and a special set from the Stax Music Academy. The Soulsville Foundation is also partnering with The Rec Room to create the “Rec Room South” in the Stax Music Academy building during the event.
