A Memphis man has been indicted for stalking and exposing himself to women in a rash of incidents in Cooper-Young and Central Gardens.

A grand jury indicted Bryant K. Smith — known on local social media as the “Midtown Flasher” — on one count of stalking and five counts of indecent exposure. His bond was set at $5,000.

The incidents occurred on mornings between Dec. 1, 2017 and Jan. 19, 2018. Smith slowly drove his white Kia Optima behind at least five different women who were walking or running in the Midtown neighborhoods.

Smith was booked into the Shelby County Jail on March 13th.
