This Saturday, Memphians will get the chance to check out some of the city’s up-and-coming Christian artists during the “A Timeless Christmas Benefit Concert and Silent Auction.”

An event for the entire family, the occurrence will be centered on the sounds of contemporary gospel/pop youth group Personal Praise. The collective has released their holiday album, A Timeless Christmas, and will be performing songs off the project. The event will also feature teenage girl group Together and Christian hip-hop artist D3.

The event will take place Saturday, December 21st at Lake Grove Missionary Baptist Church (265 Leath Street). The performances will last from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

Prior to the performances, people will have the chance to bid on various products, gift certificates and donated items from a variety of different local establishments during the event’s “Silent Auction.” It will start at 2 p.m.

Donations will also be accepted at the gathering. A portion of the proceeds collected will be donated to the Glenview Junior Tennis Program of Memphis, a nonprofit that seeks to make tennis more accessible for inner-city youth.

Tickets are available for pick up at Brinson Tax Service (1864 Madison), The Gentlemen Academy (8014 Club Center Drive, Suite 11), and Headliners Barbershop (3053 Thomas St).
