The Brushmark has introduced its new lunch menu for the summer, and a few coworkers and I went to check it out.
Eating lunch at The Brushmark is a delight — not only because the restaurant is conveniently located, with plenty of parking, and has natural light pouring through its giant windows, but also because walking through the Brooks to get to The Brushmark makes me feel like I’m stealing away from work for more than just lunch.
And their new summer menu makes them even more enticing.
We started off with some simple salads ($4) …
I probably should not be overly effusive, but what the heck, I can’t help myself: The shindig Sunday afternoon at Whitton Farms in Tyronza, Arkansas, was a blast, or as my husband Tony said, “This is one of the coolest things I’ve done in years.”
