Of course, it was packed at the Bar-B-Q Shop when we got there at high-noon, so when a four-seater magically opened up we happily tucked our five bodies around the table.

I appreciate any barbecue place that offers vegetarians an option, and this burger is particularly smartly done. The veggie party is coated in barbecue sauce and then cooked in a way that caramelizes the sugars in the sauce, giving the burger a rich taste and a nice crunch.
