Hannah, Pam, and I met up at the Elegant Farmer yesterday for what turned out to be an epic lunch.
The restaurant, at the old site of Crumpets on Highland, is owned by Mac Edwards, formerly of McEwen’s on Monroe. Edwards uses ingredients from many local sources, including Micmak Farms, Jones Orchard, and Newman Farm.
Hannah was immediately smitten because the drinks came with bendy straws.
