Veggie-Stuffed Pizza at Little Italy

When mama told you to eat your vegetables, she probably didn’t have in mind the stomach-expanding treat that is Little Italy‘s veggie-stuffed pizza. The vegetables — black olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and bell peppers — are buried in a generous amount of melted mozzarella and covered in a crispy crust coated in garlic butter, all of which can be dipped in a marinara sauce. It’s a big slice with big taste. The slight bitterness of the spinach, along with the sweetness of the tomatoes and olives, plays off the richness of the butter and cheese, and the crust has the most satisfying crunch. You’ll clean your plate, just like mama told you to do.
