The annual show benefits Alzheimer’s Day Services of Memphis. Show starts at 6 p.m. Saturday night at the New Daisy Theatre.

Truth Erdeljan talks all about melding the three for complete wellness in “The Trifecta of Total Health” at First Unity Church in Cordova on Sunday from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The seminar includes a vegetarian lunch and healthy snacks.
